Our recent visit to the resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the breathtaking views of the ocean and the spacious rooms were major highlights, we faced some significant disappointments, particularly with the service and overall cleanliness. The promised dining experience fell short, leaving us feeling quite let down.

Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, we loved the beautiful location and the comfortable rooms that offered a cozy atmosphere. However, the service left much to be desired, and the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential, but they need to address their staffing and management issues to truly shine.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring all the essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher. They had a cozy feel, but we did have some interruptions from noise during our stay.

The service we received was hit or miss. Some staff members were friendly, but others seemed overwhelmed and inaccurate in their recommendations, leading to some frustrating moments.
Location
9.0
The resort's location is stunning, with easy access to walking trails and beautiful views of the Pacific. It felt like the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
Dining
6.0
Dining was decent but not remarkable. We had a couple of meals at the restaurant, and while they were tasty, we found the prices quite steep, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities were nice, especially the plunge pool and hot tubs, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. However, it would have been even better with more attentive management.

5.8/10

I recently stayed at this resort and while the ocean views were absolutely stunning and the staff were generally helpful, the accommodation left much to be desired. The restaurant was a big letdown; the breakfast was decent, but dinner was overpriced and underwhelming. Plus, I had a frustrating experience with customer service after my stay. It had potential but fell short in several areas.

Rooms
6.0
The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious and offered breathtaking ocean views, but the musty smell and lack of AC made it less comfortable. There were some maintenance issues that were concerning.
Service
5.0
The staff was polite but I encountered some dismissiveness at the front desk, particularly when reporting maintenance issues. However, a few staff members in the restaurant were attentive and friendly.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic with amazing ocean views and the sound of crashing waves all around. It's definitely a highlight of the stay.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options to be overpriced for the quality of food, especially at dinner. Breakfast was decent but still not what I expected for the price.
Facilities
5.0
Overall, the facilities were okay, but there were signs of wear and tear that detracted from the experience. The property itself is beautiful, but needs better upkeep.

My stay at this resort was quite disappointing overall. Although the location is beautiful and the views are breathtaking, the service and facilities fell short of expectations. We encountered issues with cleanliness, especially in our room, and the staff didn’t seem motivated to help. Dining options on-site were limited, making it difficult to enjoy our stay fully.

Rooms
5.0
Our room was not cleaned properly and had visible dirt, like mosquito stains on the walls. It detracted from our comfort.
Service
5.0
The service was inattentive, and I felt overlooked throughout our stay. Staff seemed unfazed by our issues, which was incredibly frustrating.
Location
9.0
The location is stunning, overlooking the ocean, making it the highlight of our visit. However, it’s not enough to counterbalance the poor experience.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the resort was disappointing, with limited options and some poorly prepared meals. It didn’t meet my expectations.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were subpar; I didn’t find them well-maintained, and I was hoping for more given the premium price.

7.2/10

My stay at the resort offered some breathtaking views and a few highlights, like the amazing rainforest view from the room and the wonderful atmosphere created by friendly personnel. Unfortunately, there were significant drawbacks too, such as poor service and a lack of attention to cleanliness that detracted from the overall experience. While the location is exceptional, the issues I encountered led me to believe the value for money was lacking.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms had a magnificent rainforest view, complete with a spacious layout, and the bathroom was luxurious with soft music and perfect lighting upon entry. However, given the price point, I expected a bit more attention to detail.
Service
6.0
The service was hit or miss; while some staff were kind and professional, there were moments of conflicting information given, and it felt like they were overwhelmed during peak times.
Location
10.0
The location is truly beautiful and offers easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, making it a fantastic spot for nature lovers. I personally preferred being in Ucluelet over Tofino.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was somewhat disappointing, as breakfast was okay but lacked variety, and certain items like fruit juice and hot drinks came with an extra charge.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities provided the essentials but felt underwhelming for a resort spa, lacking the luxurious touches I had hoped for.
